Jaclyn Gallagher

Jaclyn earned her B.A. in Psychology at Bloomsburg University. Jaclyn has spent her post-college years working first in the workers comp insurance field, and more recently in clinical trials. She is passionate about books and travel, and using these as tools to connect with others both locally and globally. You will find Jaclyn (on a sunny day) taking a long walk to grab a coffee or browse a thrift shop, or (on a rainy day) binging her latest Netflix obsession.

Jessica Lipkin

Jess holds a master's of public health degree from Drexel University and a bachelor's in psychology and criminal justice from the University of Delaware. Before joining HU, she spent 6 years doing substance use research at PHMC. Jess is also the cofounder and president of PA DanceSafe, a nonprofit organization that promotes health and safety in the nightlife community. She is passionate about harm reduction and is an advocate for evidence-based drug policy and education. She lives in Philadelphia with her partner and 2 cats, and loves going to music festivals and concerts.
