"I've had a J-Pouch since 1992, I've been very lucky with virtually no issues, 2 blockages, one severe, one not. I've been on Lomotil for at l adr 20 years but lately it hasn't been working. I'm literally tied to a bathroom and I'm considering having my J-Pouch reversed. Big decision looming."
