hi it had been years since I've been on this site. Got an email yesterday and came back to check it out. That's why my profile is pretty bare. I do have a question though. How do I get my profile pic to turn the right way. The original pic is upright but for some reason loaded sideways. Any help would be awesome.

Hi , jumping in here regarding your profile picture! This is a known issue on our end and our tech team is currently working on fixing the problem. Apparently it is happening when people load profile photos from their mobile. It does seem as though it's all good if it's done from your desktop though, if you want to give that a try! - Pam (team member)

that's really strange if it's happening only through mobile. I uploaded the photo from my laptop so not sure what happened.

- Ugh that's frustrating. Have you tried deleting and reloading your picture again? I know it sounds like silly advice, but if you click "account settings" by opening up the menu under you avatar in the upper right hand corner, then deleting and reloading your picture, that might do the trick.
