"Hey guys thanks for all your replies.over the weekend my uc flared up again.i think i was just in denial about my condition and presumed it would just go away without proper treatment.i am still not taking the imuran and after a consultation with my dr a month ago they said it would b best if i waited until this pandemic is over. Im dreading contacting them again as they will judge me on not taking it when they initially prescribed it.i just had such bad experiences of meds and severe side effects that i couldnt face another drug.i have just started on botswellia like ye suggested and am taking bio kult too. I am vegetarian so dont know what diet might suit me.anyone else vegetarian dealing with this.i know ye all have yer own problems with this disease.it just messeswith your mental health on top of it.i hope ye are all keeping well in these times.Mary"
