sorry to hear! I didn't have a great time with mine either. I have had it out now in favour of a perm stoma because the Pouchitis was constant and uncontrollable, in the end!
Why is the frequency so bad? Is it a matter of urgency, not being able to hold it, or not being able to properly empty?

. Yea I guess it doesn"t empty out properly and I think it is pouchitis. It really affects any social life but could be worse. some people with a pouch find it easier to empty it fully if they put their feet up on a stool. Have you heard of the squatty potty? I actually used to just put my feet up on my bathroom bin, because it was tiny. Definitely felt like it helped me!
If it is Pouchitis, there are medication options to help get it under control. Have you spoken to your IBD team about it?
