"Well I am attempting to learn about my body chemistry. What different levels mean in CBC, CMP, and other blood tests. Looking at old info and new info, trying to see what has changed, and what it means. I had a long talk with my sister, who is a lot like me. Although she is only my half sister and she is 17 years older than me, she started experiencing my symptoms when she was my age. Also had similar symptoms during childhood to what I recall with mine. Now she is worse, and still leaving doctors puzzled for an accurate diagnosis. So after much catching up with her, I found she has had b12 injections in the past. She then went through an iron infusion, which she said helped a lot for a little while. She leads a healthy life, but is not healthy. The pain, fatigue, mind fog, stomach issues... the list goes on and on. They tried medicine for thyroid, no effect. I've been looking into everything that is symptom related. Lupus, Crohns, ulcerative colitis, IBS, IBD, parasitic infestation, and so on. Could it be a combination of a few things, not just 1? So if folate helps with digestion, will a supplement help? Trying now. Signs point to b12 deficiency, so I'm trying to load up on b12 vitamins. My iron content is low, so I'm trying iron tabs. I can't take stations for my cholesterol so I'm trying plant stenols and sterols supplements. I take aspirin, and coq10. Every morning is a handful of vitamins and pills trying to figure out what chemistry may make me feel better. I did get out and go for an ATV ride last week. I shook my body up to the point I was exhausted and sore, but I got to feel a sense of normal for a few hours. Maybe whatever has me blocked up will shake loose. Maybe it did, or maybe one of these vitamins are helping. For the past few days things have been a bit more solid and a sense of complete. I am still exhausted though, and a heavy brain fog is being felt throughout the day, especially in the morning. I have no energy at the end of the day. Sorry for this disorganized long rant."
