Cost is a major factor in managing a chronic condition such as Crohn's disease There are many things people do to save money and cut costs, however not all patients are aware of these cost-saving options.

Your experience, and the experience of all our community members, is extremely important to us. We’re conducting this short survey to understand what costs patients and caregivers, such as yourself, face and how your healthcare professionals discuss these costs with you.
