Vegan Chocolate Mousse
YES, you can have your dessert and eat it, too! Living with Crohn's, I developed lactose intolerance in 2012 and have not been able to enjoy the delicious, creamy desserts that I once loved.
However, thanks to the amazing avocado, I have found a way to indulge in a delicious chocolate mousse that does not leave my stomach bloated like a balloon, yet leaves me completely satisfied and not deprived.
I hope you like this vegan chocolate mousse as much as I do. You do not have to be lactose intolerant to enjoy it, but you do have to like creamy, chocolatey, semi-sweet desserts. And, if you answered "yes" to any of those, then this is definitely for you!
