A fight against me

I am 27 and I recently got diagnosed with IBD-UC. Before this happened, I didn't even know anything about it- that my own body can attacked me. It's all new to me and I cannot even describe the new levels of pain and discomfort I am experiencing everyday, including the pains from all the tests and colonoscopy. I felt like the pain would kill me first before UC could do anything to me. It's hard but trying to cope with the pain and all the discomfort.

And I know it's not gonna go away in weeks or months. It's a long journey which I am still scared to take.
But I am glad I have people who are giving me constant support and strength and love. So I am also sending some of my strength, love and support to those who are in a constant battle with there own bodies. Love and support ❤️🙏
