Close to death

I was diagnosed with Crohns over 20 years ago and I have fought a very long, hard battle with the disease. I was on my deathbed in 2007 and I had pretty much given up on life. For those of you that have severe cases and are in the same position I was in, I would like to share something that totally changed my quality of life. My body had pretty much had been overtaken by the disease and my immune system got so weak that it could not fight anymore and my body had also stopped responding to medications. Long story short I ended up having a Stem Cell Transplant as a form of treatment. This teat mentioned totally changed my life for the better and I became a totally different person. After some time my symptoms cleared up, I was on minimal medication, and after 15 years I'm now happy to say I was able to get rid of my colostomy bag. If you are in the same situation that I was in I'd love to share where I received the treatment and answer any questions you may have about the treatment etc. I love talking to people who have this disease in common and being able to help those going through what I have been through along the way and also learning from others as well.
