Coping as best I can...

Was diagnosed after surgery for appendix which revealed a baseball size mass caused by Crohn's. Lots of loose bowels most of my adult life but just figured that was how I was. Main source of trouble for me has been anal fissures. One dr told me I should have surgery but shouldn't because of the crohn's. But then said one day I'd be back begging for the surgery. Nice. I dumped her lol. After 2 years of constant agony, things finally subsided and though I still fight them, it is not nearly as severe. I just deal with fluctuating bowels all the time and actually dread "normal" as that causes me to split open. Take 6 Pentasa a day and just go with the flow...literally, many days!
