My diagnosis with Crohn's
It was February 2019 when was finally diagnosed with Crohn's. I've worked at a fast food restaurant since 2010, so at the time of diagnosis, all I ate was processed foods for 20 plus years. The night I ended up at the hospital, I felt like I was having a heart attack. It was the worst feeling I ever had. So, I had to change my diet. The change has been rough, just wish I had taken my health issues a little better than I did through the years. I have lost weight from this and being tired all the time, it's hard on me sometimes. life is hard!
