Sam's Tough Path

Hi,

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) in January 2010. I struggled a lot from January 2010 to February 2011. I couldn't even leave my house because of my lack of confidence, continuous bloody diarrhea, no energy, and being completely drained.

Then, I learned that this is a genetic issue. There, I took a call. At first, I followed the generation's practices, mainly regarding food. After the very first diagnosis, I started to take care of myself by myself. I prepared food for myself. I am from an Indian country in the South region. I changed my diet completely.

I have been steroid-dependent since 2015, but I don't have high blood pressure, diabetes, bone weakness, or high cholesterol. Generally, people get those issues if they're steroids dependent. But I have changed my life practices.
