I feel better

I have had Crohn's symptoms for 20 years. Diagnosed about 2 1/2 years ago. You guys know how much suffering is involved so I will spare you the details. After suffering through an 8 month flare up doctor put me on Humira after trying several other drugs. Three months passed and still suffering embarrassing symptoms. In desperation I went to a homeopath and she examined me. She told me to stop eating all sugar, gluten (rice, potatoes, breads) all dairy and red meat. Told me to take caprillyc acid, coconut oil and fiber supplement and turmeric capsules. Within 2 weeks I had become about 85% relieved of symptoms and within a month I was 90% symptom free. It has not been easy but I feel so much better, no diarrhea, no fever, no fatigue, no stomach cramps and very little blood in stool. Its been a little over 2 months and I feel strong and healthy and my colonoscopy results state minimal inflammation in one area. The original location I was diagnosed with is healed. Strict adherence to this dietary change I know made the biggest impact on my health improvement. I feel free to come and go and enjoy life without having to stay close to a restroom. I believe Humira in combination with diet change has made all the difference. I am very happy!
