Frustrated

I was diagnosed 18 years ago and have been on eight different medications. I have had part of my small intestine removed (12 inches of ilium) and had a kidney stone every year since resectioning.

Something isn't right

Then suddenly, my blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and bloodwork went crazy. My GI did nothing.

I started Entyvio, and some bloodwork was getting better, but I was still very sick. I moved and got a new GI doctor, and he referred me immediately to a hepatologist.

My diagnosis: liver cirrhosis

One month to the day after moving and seeing new doctors, I found out I had stage 4 liver cirrhosis. I had a colonoscopy, and FINALLY, my Crohn's is under control.

Is this all common? I'm tired, have been through the wringer, and have so many more doctor appointments.

My Angel that passed in January
