I know a little bit about the shortage of specialists in Ireland and the difficulty getting appointments. I noticed that you mentioned weight gain and want to let you know that you are not alone.    <p>Thanks Richard haven&#39;t been on in a while was in hospital for 4 weeks got my operation after 3 weeks thinks we&#39;re good for 7 weeks after operation so i taught I was Cured 😩 but unfortunately not its hit me like a brick wall im back to not sleeping i.was sleeping great well actually I was sleeping a lot I was like a walking zombie 😴 now I&#39;m back to not sleeping and in pian not much though and no bleeding 😴 they Reduced my medication for depression so I say that could have somethin to do with it so back in hospital tomorrow 😀 so fingers 👉 crossed I get back to me self soon x</p>
