New Diagnosis

Today I was told that my blood work confirms Crohn’s disease. This is new to me and I’m researching to find out all I can about the disease as well as diet and how to live pain free. I’m young and have many good years ahead without worrying about my health holding me back.

Thank you. I downloaded an app today to keep a diary of systems, food, pain, and notes.
