I have had IBS D and other related ailments for most of my life. I am 72. About 2 1/2 years ago I started to lose weight, down to 92 lbs from 120. I had a microbe coating my entire colon, Collagen microbe, and was treated for it, but continued to lose weight. Had many flareups till they were almost impossible to stop. I found Holigos on the internet and as a last resort I ordered it. Much to my amazement, it has helped me so much, repaired my gut, to the point I am off all prescription meds and in the last five months had only 2 minor flareups due to eating very fatty foods. Comes in a small packet I put it in 6 oz. of water and drink it every morning when I get up. No color, no taste. I am up to almost 110 lbs. It worked for me. Hope this helps someone.

 <inline-mention username="CommunityMember12844e" user-id="6700746"/> Hi, there! Based on a quick Google search, I see that Holigos is a powdered nutrient that gets mixed into food or drink. It's used to relieve constipation, pain, bloating, and diarrhea due to IBD. Based on my reading, it's a microbiome nutrient. I see that it's a product that can be ordered online. Personally, I've never used this product. Like with all treatments, I suggest you talk to a physician before trying and/or spending money on it. What I've learned through years of challenges with ulcerative colitis, medication works differently for individuals. What works for my body may or may not work for someone with the same health issues. IBD is fascinating in that individual bodies react differently to medical treatments.
