I have had IBS D and other related ailments for most of my life. I am 72. About 2 1/2 years ago I started to lose weight, down to 92 lbs from 120. I had a microbe coating my entire colon, Collagen microbe, and was treated for it, but continued to lose weight. Had many flareups till they were almost impossible to stop. I found Holigos on the internet and as a last resort I ordered it. Much to my amazement, it has helped me so much, repaired my gut, to the point I am off all prescription meds and in the last five months had only 2 minor flareups due to eating very fatty foods. Comes in a small packet I put it in 6 oz. of water and drink it every morning when I get up. No color, no taste. I am up to almost 110 lbs. It worked for me. Hope this helps someone.

Everyone is different, of course, but it can be so helpful to hear the options that are out there, and we appreciate you sharing yours. Also, since you mention IBS-D, I wanted to connect you to our sister site for IBS- https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/ Wishing you all the continued success!:) – Pam (team member)
