My Journey with Bowel Diseases and More

I have had 3 Endoscopes and 2 Colonoscopies within a 5 year period. In that time frame, I was diagnosed with silent Gerd, Gastroparesis, Irritable Bowel Disease, Barrett's Esophagus, and lymphocytic Colitis. The last Colonoscopy showed my Diverticuli had gone into Diverticulitis. I am now going on month 4 of daily diarrhea. More times than not it comes on shortly after a meal with stomach pain. diverticulitis

My stomach is distended and I have other symptoms

I've been prescribed Budesonide EC. I have no idea if it's helping anything or not. My stomach has begun to distend and I don't know why. If anyone can advise me on what steps to take to help with the symptoms, and even better, get these diseases under control, I would appreciate it beyond words.
