Anyone diagnosed with an IBD in their 50s ?

This Forum was fundamental in my case. As such, I need to praise all information and cases I could access. Surprisingly I have been diagnosed with IBD following six months of tests, many doctors and my persistence thanks to this Forum. Endoscopy and colonoscopy are not enough and if you know your body you need to insist and perhaps seek for different opinions. Then when results confirm it there’s no time for the why, just focus on the plan drawn by you doctor. I learnt that despite of all scientific advances in last years, still a long way ahead.
