Oh I really wish that you weren't experiencing such terrible cramps with your flares, , but you are not alone. Cramping can be one of the most common symptoms during a flare. I hope other people here can share any tips or tricks that help them with cramping, but in the meantime, one of our advocates wrote in this article, https://inflammatoryboweldisease.net/living/essential-products, that she uses a heating pad for some relief. And this article, https://inflammatoryboweldisease.net/symptoms/abdominal-pain-and-cramps, has information about abdominal cramping as well. I hope that you can get some helpful feedback to ease some of that discomfort! -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)

Percogesic pain reliever. The only thing that stops stomach cramping and when nerve in your chest is inflamed. Order it through Amazon.

I'm so glad you've found something that helps with the cramping, . For anyone reading your comment and interested in trying it, be sure to check with your doctor before trying a new medication, just to be sure there aren't any interactions. We appreciate you sharing with the community here! -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
