Surgery

15 Jan i had colectomy open bowel resection. I was/am healing slowly though. A month later(February) the incision kinda ruptured and a hole producing pus. My surgeon said its not that alarming and am glad pus is coming out it means the infection is not inside the stomach. It should clear on its on. He took a squabble for lab testing and said he’d call if there are red flags. A month later(march) the hole still open n pus still coming out. I called my surgeon and he sent me the lab report which stated i have Ecoli infection and the antibiotics in IV form. IV antibiotics would require me to get admitted in a hospital for a week. Due to financial difficulties i went for 2opinion. Was given oral antibiotics (ciproflaxin for 14days). No change. A week later started administering the injection(one of the suspectible treatment which would cure the infection). Got all doses for 7days. The pus has reduced but still there. Kindly assist on what i should do now?
