Cortiment Steroids- Recommended? And Side Effects?

Hello,

I've been advised that I may have to run a course or steroids as I'm currently having a crohns flare up...

I've previously done courses or prednisone steroids and absolutely hated them, I felt do miserable and gained so much weight. Just all in all was a horrible experience.

My sister has advised me she previously had the cortiment steroids instead as she suffered depression as a result of the prednisone. So there are obviously other steroids available.

Has anyone else ever had the cortiment steroids and if so would you recommend them?

Also what side effects did you experience mainly?
