Go to movements when you don't have energy

Hi All!
I'd love to hear your go-to movements/exercise routine when you don't have much energy and your IBD symptoms are affecting you. During this time of social distancing I can't go to the gym, and I don't currently have any equipment at home. I've been using a yoga mat to do some gentle stretching, but I'd love to hear other ideas!

  1. A friend of mine has downloaded an app which takes you through a yoga course, which I think sounds like a great idea and I will probably look into getting one myself!

    I can only really do low impact stuff - Pilates and Swimming were always my go to activities, but since the last surgery, I have been really weak, especially core muscles. I am under a Physio at the moment, so we're working on strenghtening me up so I hope to get back to it!

  2. I enjoyed jumping jacks and stand tall with arms by sides, you can also try this one, it's really fun!
