I'm sorry you are going through the intense pain but unfortunately, it can be very very intense and is part of having IBD if that ends up being the diagnosis. Do you have the pain as constant or just when you eat? I would suggest switching to a liquid diet for a few days to let your intestines settle down and then start re-introducing more solid foods. Try staying away from dairy and any heavy fatty foods and meat.
