Initial symptoms of IBD
I am 30 years old. 1 month back I had diarrhea, which became bloody with burning sensation while pooping after 4 days. Through a colonoscopy it was detected there is some bruise kind of injury in my lower colon. The doctor did something and it seemed to be cured. No blood was observed thereafter and my diarrhoea symptoms also got better but not completely gone. I have an urge to go to toilet after meals, especially in the morning and afternoon. I have to go to bathroom 2 to 3 times daily. The last 15 days, I have extremely mild pain around the right side of my navel.
Can anyone help with some advice and thoughts? Could it be IBD? If yes, which type of IBD has such symptoms?

IBD is a very complex disease, which means I can't state that any specific intestinal symptoms would be one over the other really.
It sounds like you need to speak to your healthcare team for a better understanding of what the original issue was, and what the doctor did to improve your symptoms. Maybe the pain relates to what was done?
Abdominal pain os often symptom, as is diorhea. That said, constipation can also be a symptom - like I said, it's complex.
