Looking for low residue diet recipes

Bowel perforation 12 years ago. Told to eat normally so I've since eaten a very healthy diet. Have had a colostomy since. I have had several extremely painful blockages. Have been told that Surgery to remove lesions, adhesions, and scar tissue will not be possible. Recently told to eat low residue diet permanently. I need information and recipes, please.
