Prednisone

Hi , thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling the prednisone wasn't tapered correctly and it's messed up your brain. Have you been able to speak with your doctor about this at all? Hopefully some of our community members here who've been on prednisone can share any knowledge or experience they've had with this.

We've had a lot of members write about their experiences with prednisone, but I haven't yet come across information on not tapering properly with lasting long-term effects. I'm not exactly sure what type of brain symptoms you're experiencing, but I did also want to point out that many people with an IBD experience brain fog as a symptom as well.
