Does anyone experience soreness in lower back and stomach muscles?

I used to get lower back pains after vomiting, but otherwise, no.

I have been on hydrocortisone for 6 years to another chronic illness. I have also been on and off prednisone for Crohn’s the last 3 years.
I have been reading these medication pits your teeth.
Mine have become pitted quite a bit.
And my mouth aches most of the time.
(I have not had to have any dental work done. No cavity nothing. I am 53 years young.)
Does anyone have some advice In regards to teeth.

Yes, newbie here, but I do get alot of back pain. Usually after repeatedly having ileum inflammation. Some Dr.s say pain relay, others say appendix can inflame causing back pain.
After alot of bathroom trips I find the same thing, unfortunately no sure diagnosis as to why.

I just had surgery 3 weeks ago and have had lower back pain since. I will be seeing my gastroenterologist to better understand what I need to do. It happens mainly when I stand in one place. I can walk without much pain.
