Mostly out of curiosity, what do you have for breakfast? Do you ever switch it up, or do you mostly have the same thing every morning?

I usually have eggs for breakfast. They don't seem to bother me and are a good source of protein. I prefer to make an omelet, but always keep some hard boiled eggs in the fridge for when I'm in a hurry.

Sometimes I get really adventurous and turn them into egg salad. 😉 I really know how to live it up.

Ah! I LOVE breakfast!! And I eat it for most meals 😀
I have been on an oatmeal kick so I do plain, gluten free oats with Fairlife milk, sprinkle sea salt and cinnamon and throw in some fresh blueberries before heating it up.
Then, I top it with a drizzle of maple syrup and almond butter...so good!!
I also love smoothies and eat them for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner! I add a vegan protein powder to make them more filling, and typically do banana, avocado, pineapple and peaches, and spinach for extra iron!
And, now that I am pregnant, I am enjoying gluten free bagels about 2-3 times per week 😉

That all sounds so amazing! That smoothie in particular! How much avocado do you use? Half of one?

Breakfast can be tricky. I enjoy fruit, and have had to stick to oranges, strawberries, and blueberries.
I also like oats, so I have actually been able to eat oatmeal for breakfast. Overall, my breakfast is rather bland

Breakfast in summer time for me consists of smoothies, cold sandwiches, and cream of wheat (or oat meal when I can't handle the cream of wheat). Sometimes I will just cook rice for an army and eat that with some peas or carrots for like a week though.

Sweet potato seems like such a random addition, but I don't mind admitting I like the sounds of it!
