Confusing results from biopsies and colonoscopy?

Hi everyone, so I just looked at the biopsies from the colonoscopy. Unfortunately, they only took 2.

I don’t understand but I think they are supposed to take more, but the report says "colitis" and the biopsy says "benign colonic mucosa with lymphoid aggregates in colon."

Does anyone know what that means?

  1. Thank you for your question, . Were you previously diagnosed with colitis or UC? What was the reason for the colonoscopy?
And, were you able to speak with your doctor after the colonoscopy about the next steps?

This can help answer your questions 😀
