Blood in stole

Hello , I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with blood in your stool and a relatively new diagnosis of colitis. I see you have an upcoming appointment with an IBD team. Is the blood in your stool a new symptom? Be sure to mention this symptom when you see the doctors, if you haven't already.

You mentioned a couple of the more short-term treatments you have tried, but there are certainly others that treat the underlying source of the inflammation.
