Crohn's disease

"Since this morning and yesterday morning I went to the bathroom like I always do I know I have diarrhea everyday from my Crohn's disease I passed skin and I..." have dark blood afterwards. But I don't have it during the day so that means it stops it only happens in the morning now. I'm due for my shot for tomorrow I wonder if it's because I take my shot every 28 days after the 28th day do that happen? And my stomach hurts after the 28th day. So my question is does this happen with other people that have Crohn's disease do they bleed out dark blood and pass skin after 28th day and have cramping too?
