I hope everyone is doing OK!
I was just wondering if people have hobbies and distractions which help keep them positive and happy?
I started gardening this year. We didn't have a garden before. It's been wonderful (and exhausting), watching things grow 🌱 and attracting wildlife. I can lose hours just looking out of the window now!
Now the colder months have arrived, some indoor distractions are needed. I'm doing a latch hook craft project. I have lots of craft supplies, but I'm not actually very creative. However, I am working on it! 🪡
I try to keep active, so I do regular yoga, take short walks, and swim twice a week.
I feel like I'm really making the most of my current reasonable health!
