Hi, I haven't been diagnosed with any condition yet despite many visits to the Dr, but I suspect I may have Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease. For several years I have been getting pain on my right abdomen, a lot of rumbling sounds, looser stools and more visits to the toilet. But I have not had any weight loss nor do i feel fatigued or have a loss of appetite.
One thing I have noticed is that the pain and noises seem to subside when I have a full stomach or bowel after eating carbs, like bread. I suspect the carbs are soaking up excess acid.
Does eating relieve the symptoms of any UC and CD sufferers on here or am I barking up the wrong tree?
Im only in my 30s so it seems to be unlikely that it's it bowel cancer but that is my main worry.
