Just had endoscopy and colonoscopy
Hi everyone I just had another colonoscopy and endoscopy. The endoscopy was horrific as I had it with no sedative and it was so painful I just burst into tears. They did it through my nose weirdly. Anyway, I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced having an endoscopy and afterwards having a really sore dry scratchy throat and nose. They said that was normal to feel that way for up to 48 hrs though but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? Good news is that there’s no sign of cancers but I do have IBD which was already confirmed before. Thank you in advance

I hope some others will weigh in here with their experiences post endoscopy. I know it has been a couple days since you posted... how are you feeling now?
