I’m currently on Mounjaro and Stelara.
I’m currently on Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes. Recently started Stelara for Crohn’s. Also taking Paxil for depression and anxiety. My symptoms I had before have subsided.
Anyone else on this combination of medication?

. I can't personally speak to this combination, but glad to hear that your symptoms have subsided. I can tell you that there is research finding that Paxil actually can help reduce intestinal inflammation: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10008943. Best, Richard (Team Member) My Stelara injection was about a month ago. So next one in about a month. The past couple of days my symptoms have come back. I guess one day at a time again.

. I did notice that numerous medical sites note that it can take up to eight weeks for Stelara to reduce symptoms, so hopefully you may still see some improvement.
