gone into remission from my latest test -sharing my tips and news

I was diagnosed with UC in 2011 just few months after the delivery of my baby... i suffered so much from all the possible symptoms possible...after been on my meds for so long. I decided to research natural foods and supplements that could help.
I stumbled on this book from some author who battled the disease herself but got cured.

The book is simply about nutrition and lifestyle tips for symptom management. and suggested a combination of 5 natural anti-inflammatory foods and supplement. I tried them out and was surprised how gradually my symptoms started to disappear... blood/mucus in my poo gone ...bowel changes for several times in a day to once! went for my next test recently and my doctor told me I am in remission based on my results...just felt the need to share this with someone who has also been suffering like I did. found this book on amazon ..."how I cured my ulcerative colitis with the fab five combo" -Lorna hart . I pray we all find our healing

  1. Hi . Thanks for sharing what has helped you. While there is currently no cure for IBD, as you experienced, some are able to go into remission through dietary changes and complementary or alternative therapies (see here for example: https://inflammatoryboweldisease.net/treatment/complementary-and-alternative-therapies). Of course, every case is different and what works for one may not for another. So glad you have been able to go into remission. Best, Richard (Team Member)
