Pain!!!
I have had anxiety induced diarrhea as a youngster. It subsided. 3 years ago I had a stroke. Since then my overall health has critically declined. I lived in a are with very poor healthcare. I have since moved and am receiving world class healthcare. In the past 3 years I have had 2 colonoscopy’s. Multiple polyps found. The first colonoscopy was a year ago and polyps removed. I developed diarriah and bloody stools and was admitted to the hospital for another colonoscopy 3 weeks ago. More polyps found. I have spasms in the back when I poop and am unable to urinate after pooping. I literally look at food and have to poop. I cannot eat or drink most of the time I am overweight but am loosing weight rather quickly. I have iron deft and recurve infusions. My hemoglobin is low due to chronic oral(dental) recital and vaginal bleeding. I have inter and external anal and rectal fissures. The spasms and pain is unabareable. All my other tests come back clean!! Help!!!!

, my heart goes out to you and the pain you're experiencing!! I am so sorry to hear this. I know you mentioned you're receiving world class healthcare.. I'm so glad to hear this. Have you brought these concerns up to your doctor? I'm sure you have, but I strongly urge you to do so, if you haven't already, and continue to do so until answers are found. Has your doctor recommended anything for your spasms or the pain?? Please keep us updated on how you're doing. We're all here for you.. come back and vent to us anytime. They didn’t have any appointments until January!!!!!! I have been seeing my pcp and a colorectal surgeon for the fissures. I have a cream I use for external pain but I also have a tear internal. My last colonoscopy which was last month after an ER admission due to bleeding showed nothing!!!! I’m anemic and low hemoglobin so I get iron and blood transfusions. I finally see a gastro in2 weeks. I take dicyclomine which doesn’t do much and Imodium has stopped working. Kinda at a loss… my pcp has been so proactive and tried to help but I really need the GI. I had a stroke and life has been hard since then. A lot of other serious stuff has popped up. So I’m a busy lady at the doctors office lol!!!
