I’ve caught covid
Today I was at the hospital again having some blood tests etc to see why I had a fever - all bloods and tests came back normal but I did test positive for covid and this is why they suspect I have a fever. Im feeling rough with it and my IBD symptoms seem to be coming back too. My question is, have any of you had covid with your Crohns and if so, how did it affect you?

I haven't had covid yet ((touch wood)). Gastro symptoms are actually some of the most common symptoms of COVID, so I'm not surprised to read that you experienced symptoms similar to IBD. I did see that a few days prior to this you'd mentioned having symptoms that you thought were due to sugar consumption. How are you doing now? Did you end up in a flare, or did the symptoms pass?
