pill cam vs endoscopy
i had an endoscopy done and have been seeing many people say they got a diagnosis through a pill cam, is there an actual difference between the two? should i ask my GI for a pill cam since they saw nothing wrong visibly in the endoscopy and colonoscopy

- Yes, the endoscopy and pill cam (also called capsule endoscopy) are two separate procedures. Here is some more information about the differences:

If your endoscopy and colonoscopy didn't provide diagnostic information, I would definitely suggest talking to your doctor about additional testing such as the pill cam.
