Referral for GI
Hi i havr recently been to my doctors, due to mainly have some blood when bowel movements. I had a FIT test and normal stool sample the FIT test was normal but my other was raised to 315. I had blood tests and some to test for inflammation this all came back normal, i have neen referred to GI but i am extremely worried and very anxious about what it could be.
We all understand how you are feeling. Being anxious, I feel, is a normal part of having IBD. Maybe the GI can narrow it down with a colonoscopy or will know more. Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long to see them. I know your mind will be racing about what it could be, but try and not think about it as stress and anxiety can make symptoms worse.
