Sharing experiences
I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 1.5 yrs ago and the last 6 months has been quite an adventure. To begin with I had light symptoms and once starting mesalazine was fine for the first year. But then I started to get daily lower abdominal pain and nausea. Despite no active inflammation and seeing multiple different doctors I have no answer. Would anyone be open to a chat/ call to share thoughts and ideas? I am keen to learn from others experiences!

. There is always the possibility of having IBS as well as IBD. This is the case with me, so even though I've had my colon removed and live with a stoma, I still have bowel symptoms because of the IBS!
How did they look for active inflammation? Did you have a colonoscopy and biopsies?
