Support with many changes

Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting within one of the community forums.
COVID-19 has turned everyone's lives upside down, and I am finding it challenging to deal with any changes on top of those that have already taken place. I've had to begin treatments at a new infusion center, I've struggled to get my medications re approved only to find out that my current treatment may not be working as my med team and I want it to, and I also found out today that another specialty pharmacy will be taking over ordering and shipping my biologic. In addition, I am a teacher and we are beginning to look at returning to school for the fall with new guidelines and precautions, along with getting a new Principal. I just wanted to reach out for support and see how others are coping in this difficult time and what advice or recommendations do others have about addressing their illness with their employer? Also what, if any, extra precautions are others taking or talking with their medical teams about in terms of returning to work amidst COVID?
