could i still have crohn’s or something even if the endoscopy, colonoscopy, and biopsy all came back normal? something feels wrong still but idk anymore
That's a great question. I am not a doctor of course, but from my understanding, yes you can still be diagnosed because your issue may lie in the small intestine.
A colonoscopy and endoscopy does not show the small intestine. You would need to do a pill cam test, which I would ask your doctor for, if you still feel like something is going on. It is very common to have Crohn's in the small intestine.
Also, out of curiosity, were you given other tests? Blood work? Fecal Test?

Of course! Okay, that's good that you had those test, and it's great they came back fine. Typically with Crohn's your Calprotectin would be elevated which is what they are testing in the stool.
