If there is an issue with the body, the mind is trying to tell you something. Listen to it. They way to listen to it is to write everything down that is bothering you. This solves 2 problems. First it forces you to see what your subconscious is focused on. Second it is cathartic.
You are forcing yourself to address what is really bothering you by writing it down. When you see it in writing it doesnt appear as bad. You are acknowledging it and that is the first step to resolving it.
I also suggest creating a daily affirmation that you can listen to every day. Train, or reprogram your subconscious mind .
