    I would like to start exercising more. I enjoy playing basketball and I have noticed when I exercise I feel much healthier.

    Definitely! I am going to put more effort into making a meal plan and meal prepping. I find that when I don’t have my meals planned out, that’s when I get into trouble. Also, I want to exercise more regularly!

    I’m with you on the meal prepping!! If I don’t have meals planned out, by the end of the day, I find myself just eating whatevers in sight.. bad news bears. 😛 – Pam (team member)
