Recently Started Humira
Hi! I recently started Humira (as my first biologic) and am curious about others’ side effects. I’ve only been on it for just over 2 weeks (started with 2 80mg pens then one 80mg pen 2 days ago) and I didn’t notice any side effects after the initial loader doses but am now feeling a bit feverish and am trying to discern whether I’m actually getting sick or if it’s an expected side effect. I have noticed a bit of a positive change in bowel symptoms over the past few days which is encouraging (so much less blood)! I also have to switch to a biosimilar in Jan for insurance reasons… any experience there? Will it be a smooth transition? Thanks for any words of wisdom!

. I can't personally speak to the effectiveness or side effects of Humira, but I do want to note that everyone's experience may be different and what works for one may not for another.
