Safe snacks

I have found Greek yogurt is easy and so is applesauce ! I also seem to be able to tolerate and love my Greek pasta salad ( I hope this lasts ) . My main evening meal is a roasted beets concoction I make - beets are so tasty and HEALTHY ( check it out ) .
